The Guilford College women's lacrosse team hosted the 16th-ranked Roanoke College Maroons in the home season finale. The Quakers fell to the visitors, 22-3.
Roanoke opened the game with the first three goals.
Mackenzie Richards put Guilford on the board with a goal at the 7:54 mark of the first.
The Maroons took over and scored 11-straight over the first and second periods. At the break, the visitors led 14-1.
In the third, Roanoke tallied four more goals. Richards then scored back-to-back goals to end the third and start the fourth.
The Maroons closed the game with four more goals to win by the 19-goal margin.
Guilford hits the road on Saturday, April 22 to face Virginia Wesleyan University in an ODAC showdown. First draw is set for 1:00 p.m.
