SALEM, VA. - The Guilford College men's track and field team competed in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Roanoke College in Kerr-Cregger Field House on Sunday afternoon. The 4x400m relay team, consisting of
Jaden Jones (Rocky Mount, N.C.),
Yassine Allam (Holly Springs, N.C.),
Kendal Lowe (Winston-Salem, N.C.), and
Trenten Torain (Durham, N.C.), placed ninth with a time of 3:38.71.

In the Women's portion for Day One,
Bess Parnell (Cairo, Egypt) placed 22nd in the Long Jump at 4.44m.
On the Men's side,
Ahmaad Abdul-Haqq (Greensboro, N.C.) and
Marcus Tate (Atlanta, Ga.) competed in the Long Jump placing 17th and 20th, respectively. Abdul-Haqq finished at 6.03m, matching his old indoor personal best from the JDL Flat Is Fast Invitational from 2024. Tate had a mark of 5.54m, just shy of his indoor PR of 5.56m from the Flat is Fast Invite this season.
The Quakers will begin their outdoor season Friday, March 14th as they prepare for the Phoenix Invitational, hosted by Elon University. Start time is TBA.
